We were greeted warmly by Lloyd (+Max & Pepper) & given the “grand tour” of the upstairs Cottage. What a wonderful place to stay! Clean, comfortable, right downtown Jacksonville & the early morning breakfast/coffee surprise delivery by the “quiet as a mouse” Loni was soooo enjoyed & greatly appreciated. And the price is EXCELLENT! Both hosts are the best and we would highly recommend this place to all!!!!

Great experience! Loni and Lloyd are so kind. The place is adorable, clean, and the perfect location. We woke up to coffee, fruit, snacks, and the best biscotti. Will definitely book again for extended family. Love that you can rent the entire upstairs.

Loni was very welcoming and accommodating. Our travel plans forced us to have a 6am departure time and she was so kind as to bring us a pot of hot coffee at 5am!!

Loni was a fantastic host! She provided everything we could need and more – toiletries, towels and comfy beds as well as delicious homemade pastries. When we needed an iron for our clothes, she brought us hers to borrow!

We rented the entire second floor for two nights and it was more than enough space. We enjoyed using the patio to read, and the sitting room for breakfast.

The cottage is excellently located. It’s just off the main strip of Jacksonville and a short walk to a several coffee shops, restaurants and a large park where you can do a short hike to a scenic viewing spot.

If you’re visiting the area I highly recommend staying with Loni!

This is a true gem in Jacksonville. We had the whole floor for three of us, and the house is so old and wonderful. In the morning our hosts quietly brought us some good biscotti and coffee, it was really sweet of them. Loni and her husband are so lovely people! It is a great place to stay in Jacksonville, not to say that the town is very nice too. Thank you for sharing with us your beautiful house!
